Whom do I call to haul off limbs/branches?

I have a stack of limbs/branches. It’s really not too big, but definitely can’t fit in trash cans.
I live in EBR/Zachary. Do I call Waste Management? The city? The parish?

It should be picked up on your regular loose debris trash day, which is weekly. This is assuming it’s homeowner generated debris and not from someone you hired.
