You're the one complaining that it won't sell. I don't care if it is attic or garage storage. Being off Highland and over 800k you have to improve that.

XOM is one you don't sell and just keep long term. It will grow, then split, and rinse repeat.
I'm not spending 800k for a closet with that wire shelving.
With rampant fraud being exposed I'm voting no on any new tax or tax renewals.
Has there been an athlete as good as lebron, as hated? I can't stand him and the NBA will be better once he retires.

You'll have to modify the calendar as CFB should end on Dec 31st or Jan 1st. Do conference championship games go away? Kinda pointless if both them just go to the playoffs.

I'm indifferent to it all. I'm guessing though the TV contracts are valued higher on the back end of the season due to the "Playoffs" so you won't see a full season points championship.

Using copper ethernet from handoff will be fine. I only say this as Eatel/REV isn't going to do what you're asking and just pulling copper to your media closet will suffice. Now, if you're getting something crazy and over 10 gigs then sure pull fiber to the closet but I'm assuming you'll be under 10 gigs
