Like I said earlier. The curfew isn't for lee/bright side. It's for the presidents/Indian street name type places.

I think it's because so many are without power plus they don't want people out and about, driving around in these conditions, still bad weather plus debris, trees, wires on the road.

Well robbing people was a crime before violating curfew so I don't see the point
