I'm in the same boat.

My group at work won a dinner at Pappadeaux's a while back. I had to help half of them order and when thu brought out 3 giant sampler platters half pf them wouldn't even try to alligator or shrimp bisque. Said it looked nasty.

There's still a BB's on Montrosse and one on White Oak in the Heights.

Levee broke in Guste Island in Madisonville on the North end of the lake. STPSO is moving in and rescuing residents now, per STP's website.

I don't know about Houston but the pappadeauxs in Beaumont is some nasty shite. Gumbo taste like dishwater and étouffée is served on dirty rice. Pastalaya is godawful.

thats where my parents live. Many homes off 51 have water in them.

Looks like a lot of minor flooding and some moderate flooding around 1-10/I-55

The one here on 290 and the one in The Woodlands is damn solid. I love the place.
