People on this board said Etienne was small, slow, a straight line runner, and played against weak competition. Anyone with a true sense of the position could see that he was definitely talented enough to play at the next level on the biggest stage.

The film for this kid looks very similar. He has balance, speed, and vision. The lack of competition label is BS.

I think JT has a bigger frame and better lateral quickness, and finished runs more often.
The kid is good though. May be someone who needs to go to Wake, mature and hit the portal if he proves himself.

You do realize Brian Thomas Jr just finished 3rd in the entire NFL in WR yards, and Malik Nabers would've probably finished 3rd in the entire NFL if not for missing 2 games with injury which would put BTJ at 4th, and the entire top 4 in NFL WR yards as LSU guys from Louisiana.

I'd doubt he's as good as them, but good to hear someone is high on him.
