To be fair the eastern time zone is what the majority of tv/announcement schedules are based on. Granted this is a kid in the CT committing.

I don't see why it would be us. I would think guys committing to us would be closer to signing day. Why would offensive players commit before they've even been "recruited" by the offensive leader of our team?

Because he wants to come to LSU, and now he looks to have turned his academics around. He wants to secure his spot, and jumped at the chance when we just re-offered after his grades improved...maybe?
