Nice work
I don't think you give Clark enough credit. He played both ways as a senior and produced big numbers on both sides.
As a senior, he ran for over 1500 yards and 22 TDs, and also had 77 tackles and 22 sacks at DE (61 for his career).
He is very athletic at 6-3 and 240 lbs, and can obviously get to the QB. This is who he reminds me of:

Deondre Clark – Reminds me of Justin Maclin. Was a 4 star four years ago out of Memphis, TN, and hasn’t seen any meaningful playing time yet. He has a great build, but does not have a quick first step, lacks acceleration, and plays very upright. His has limited highlights, so maybe there is something I am missing, but I also remember him in camp drills, and not being overly impressed. Again, time will tell.

I believe Dupre will be seen in packages, but between him needing to add a bit of weight, and because his high school ran simple route trees and had him mostly blocking, i think he wont be an immediate impact type player.
We also have Spears, Diarse, Dural, Peterson, etc. who have been here...
As for Clark, again, I hope Im wrong. Freak broke the national record for sacks in high school, but he didnt touch a shadow of his production in high school while at LSU. Sadly high school stats and production dont necessarily translate perfectly to big time college ball. Otherwise, recruiting for coaches would be black and white, and ranking sites would be out of business cause we could all project perfectly.
I rewatched each recruits film, and I didnt get much good film on Clark. If anyone has some decent footage Ill review it
Thanks for the feedback guys

I was about to mention that. A linebacker playing both ways running for those numbers in OKC? I would think he would have an excellent first step, good speed, power, plenty of stamina, intelligence to know assignments of two starting positions, offense and defense. I became excited about his potential as a DE once giving it his full time attention.
I lived in OKC a couple of years. The state of Oklahoma does not have an abundance of great football players, but the OKC area does have plenty good football teams, players and athletes. I believe Clark is going to surprise the OP in a good dynamic way. In other words, I believe he will be a stud DE at LSU who goes on to play in the NFL.

I hope he does. I am certainly pulling for them all. He was one of the hardest to grade due to film availability and quality. That said, I would prefer to eat the crow in this case

Agreed, but you also cannot completely dismiss high school production and, in this case, the offensive production demonstrates exactly how athletic he is at his size.
I don't know if you have gone through Clark's HUDL film because it is game by game( LINK), but it is pretty impressive stuff both on offense and defense.
