That’s true of every Muslim population. Their ancestors were all forced to convert. But Iran was indeed mostly Muslim before the 1979 revolution. Their conversion to Islam happened in the 7th century.

It’s a good theory if you don’t know the relative production of Venezuela, the amount of oil that goes through the Strait, the chemical difference between those oils, and the impossibility of ramping up Venezuelan oil production in time for that. Other than those things, it’s a good theory.

There is no doubt that Trump was trying to keep the Epstein Files quiet. The question s why? Clearly Trump is not personally hurt by the files, so he was protecting others. Who and why? Probably a few friends, like Lutnick, and some who he was blackmailing for political support.
