Trey Prather who played at Woodlawn high school. Terry Bradshaw said Trey was the best QB he had ever seen or played with in football. Trey Prather, Terry Bradshaw and Joe Fergerson all came from the same high school and according to Bradshaw, Trey was the best.

If Bill Walsh made a statement in 93 that J.Booty is the best high school quarterback he's ever seen. I will trust Walsh's judgement on that.

Alan Rischer was a great high school quarterback in his day.

Terrelle Pryor was almost never playing by halftime in High School. He had usually already scored 6 TDs and his team was up by 35.

If Bill Walsh saw Trey Prather, Terry Bradshaw & Joe Fergerson in high school and says J Booty was better than they were, then I question his judgement. J Booty couldn't carry their jockstrap.

Anyone who answers besides Brock Berlin didn't see him play. I remember their playoff game against Catholic. Their OL couldn't touch Catholic's DL so they used their long snapper and had Berlin about 10-15 yards back at the snap. He'd catch the snap, drop back another 7 yards while the DL literally looked like they were on a dead sprint for him. He'd then rifle a 35 yard pass for a 10 yard gain. It was simply incredible.

I played football and baseball against J. Booty in high school. I had one sack my freshman year and it was him, sadly that was probably the highlight of my career.
The guy made plays in both sports that I didn't think were possible at the time. I saw him throw a sidearm pass (almost looked underhand) on a rope 40 yards down field while running out of bounds...the receiver caught the ball while tiptoeing the line then just hopped out of bounds like it was nothing. My jaw dropped...I had only seen stuff like that on tv. I saw many baseball plays that were the same way.

I saw Berlin's last game in the dome. That kid was nasty in highschool. I was so pissed he was leaving the state, but I guess he didn't turn into much. Perilloux is the is the other one I saw that is worth a mention. Kid did it all. Any votes for Russell Shepard? Don't people in Texas say he was more dominant in HS than Young?
