It's not like people did not want him, they wanted Rich first then him. But since Rich is committed they see the need for Michael.

I have known Christine personally for over a year. I met him at Texas camp last year. I have alwasy been a big fan of his and he is worthy to be a tiger. CM actually has told me that if LSU offers he would accept but that was ages ago and things change. Lets just put it this way CM has wanted to go to LSU but has never recieved that type of attention from the staff.

richardson has been committed for almost 2 months now and people were still gushing over him the entire time. michael is still the same player now that he was before saturday when there was no talk about him. the only difference is now it seems more likely hes going to have 5 stars next to his name, so naturally people want him more.

I'd love to see him join the class, I think with his burst - he would be a speed-option early on (like trindon) and an all around back by soph-junior year.

Clearly the coaches want TR more and think we still have a chance with him. I don't think they want 4 RBs in this class.

Weak argument. We have all known about this kid, but it seems like he was always being labeled as overrated and his film wasnt anything to be blown away by. Now that we have all seen what he can do and he has had more exposure, we are all awakened to how good he really is. This 5 star bullshite carries no leverage. No one knows if he actually will get one or not.

The problem with that trio of Rich, Michael, and Pryor were if LSU relied to heavily on them and they did not commit it would bite them in the arse, or even worse if more than one of them committed to LSU.

Tru dat, I dont know how I overlooked that. So LSU realllllllly needs to be picky with that last guy then. They have to go over every detail as far as character AND performance go.

Well if you read up on Micheals, he is all about family, school, working out..I was totally impressed by what I read about him.
And even more impressed when I read things like, "he was the best RB in the top gun camp",(Lorenzo white) and from Scout and "we have 4 or 5 guys that will see the NFL baring injury"... to make these kind of comments...about CM puts him in the top 5% in country
and then you watch that camp video and see his burst and speed, and size, whoa...5 star is pretty certain...but I am just a fan
How Texas and LSU haven't offered this kid, is truly amazing and perplexing....If Trent already committed to Bama, pull his offer and offer Micheals...
From what I read, it would be hard to think Trent is graded higher than CM on the field or off the field..

I thought we offered Christine Michael a looong time ago. According to scout, he has LSU and Texaas A&M high on his list with offers. Is that not the latest update?

some one posted earlier they didn't think so..
Micheals would likely commit to LSU if offered according his Rivals articles, but that was apparently an old article
