Thats what article says?

Former Oregon player says he has a crazy story about Seaton’s uncle… so maybe this is true

I'm not saying one or the other is right, but maybe one day these kids will realize that (likely) uneducated, unemployed Uncle Bootsie ain't looking out for your best interests.

Don't we, technically, have the same?

I can appreciate Unc if he’s there for moral support and trying to do what’s best for neph. If he’s taking a cut like an agent not so much.

So I’m really good friends with an agent. He told me that he tried and tried to get Malik Nabors but couldn’t get past the uncle… and the uncle lived with him at LSU … LOLLLLLL

Hope Unc doesn’t try to play NFL agent. Seaton will be taken to the cleaners.

It’s an unfortunate situation but that seems to be the case. Uncle gets a cut and this is likely his last opportunity to do so before JS goes pro and gets a professional agent.

He took an OV to Oregon coming out of HS. Just saying it’s not like he has never been there.

Choosing to believe there are some family members that want what’s best for kin folk. I agree your take is most likely scenario. Player of his caliber needs a professional agent.
