I absolutely despise it when consumers feel they have a right to a vehicle’s car fax sheet. That info was never meant to be public knowledge. We should at least be able to redact or alter it before turning it over. It affects sales too much. For example if a vehicle has 750,000 miles on it. We can erase one zero to make it 75,000 miles which greatly improves its sales value.

Just a reminder to be careful about what you say or do to Ben Garrett. He doesn’t miss much and did read this board. He has gone after and confronted our fans in the past and he isn’t someone you want to make an enemy out of.
