YA Tittle, LSU coaches had to hide him in the trucnk off their car to get him out of Texas.
And,
Billy Cannon, who was told by his judge, that he would not give him permission to leave the state unless it was a roadtrip to play football for LSU. FWIW, Cannon wanted to go to aTm and follow in John David Crow's footsteps.

Shawn King...we were in the same class at West Monroe(1990)
Tommy Banks...he ran for 2300 yards and over 40 TDs and I had high hopes for him at LSU. Thank you DiNardo!

brief shot of Willie moving into/out of Glenville State this past summer. He went there for a brief stint before transferring to Union after he found out he couldnt play right away at Glenville (transfer issues).
Alls good though. No love lost. NFL bound
