Landry runs routes like Josh Reed and lays the Wood like Laron.

And he's got the heart of Dan Yanowsky.

Just a tad of hyperbole on that, but sometimes that's what it takes.

His route running is elite and his aggressiveness is unlike any I've ever seen before.

+1

clayton didn't even play WR all of his years in HS either.

landry has, and he keep getting better each year.

clayton was a great player no doubt, and tough, but he came in very raw.

he had played QB his senior year in highschool, and DB sometimes too.

Nick originally wanted him as a DB, but that didn't happen

what number did he wear?

what positions did he play?

who first recruited him?

which opposing coach refused to throw over the middle because he said he was going to get his players hurt by having to go over the middle vs Clayton?

Landry is legit, yes. But comparing him to an NFL WR and possibly the best WR ever to play at LSU is quite an overhype. Relax.

It amazes me what some people take seriously on this board.

I had kinesiology with clayton in 2001. I'm 6'2-6'3 and there's absolutely no way he's 6'4.

If the news about Landry is true then Frank Wilson is the best recruiter I have ever seen.

Is this thread about Michael Clayton or Jarvis Landry?

Or people who went to school with Clayton?

he started as a true freshman at lsu and had almost 50 catches. He wasn't just some athlete moved to WR like Early Doucet. We all watched him play at LSU and in high school, people on here played with him in high school, i know one of his coaches in high school yet your the only one on here who knows about him because you walked the same halls as him at CLA for a year.

I'm pretty sure Doc is being serious. How else are people supposed to take "he'll be the best WR LSU has ever had"
