What's with this shite? Since when has this become a recruiting barometer?

Why don't rivals and scout have a gut feeling scale?

I thought that the "gut feeling barometer" was the only tool Scarborough used to provide recruiting updates on TB?

I really can't believe no one else has any thoughts about this.

IMO Gut feeling that Randle goes to Miami, Lache goes to Texas, Broadway goes to Bama, and Loston comes to LSU.

Of the tons of baseless recruiting statements made daily by message board users, gut feeling is among my favorites..

But to me, the worse is when someone prefaces a statement with "From what I'm hearing" and then go on to basically quote something someone else said on another message board that more than likely half of the people on this board have already read.

Yeah... while on subject. From what I heard tonight, there's no way Loston is not a Tiger by signing day. Now, whether or not he makes that public soon... we'll see.

I think gut feeling is a way of message board hedging. If it does come true, it's "See, I told you so." If it doesn't come true, it's "well, it was just my gut feeling."

I didn't realize stomachs could feel anything besides hunger or pain.

Very true.

The funny thing is... people really believe this shite.

"I got a gut feeling that Randle is going to Tennessee Chattanooga. Apparently he's a big T.O. fan."

It really makes me doubt a lot of people's ability to reason...

I wanna see this.. just once in my lifetime. Top tier recruit REALLY cares about his academics... so he goes to an Ivy League.
