Yeah, but not nearly as bad - they're still registered sex offenders, but minimal jail time, and will probably serve most or all of that in Parish prison.
Oral Sexual Battery is far more likely to land them at the tender mercies of the fellas in State prison - couple that with the relatively young age of the offender - they will have serious "quality of life" issues for the duration of their incarceration.

if she was truly concerned for her safety she would have reported it immediately, but she didnt. The school found out about it a month later and they decided to pursue. She knew she was fricked so thought of a good lie to avoid the confrontation with her parents

if everyone was smart, the DAs would offer, and each would accept misdemeanor carnal knowledge
get a few years probation, i don't think they have to register, and everyone moves on

If a BJ is an excuse to pull a player's offer - think about it - we would not sign anyone in Feb. We would have to pull out of football, basketball and baseball.

It may have taken about a month to do a good exam of their phones. You know boys that when u delete video from your phone, it's not really gone.

I agree with some of the post on the board.. If she consented no harm done in my opinion. If forced, it’s a different verdict. Look what's on TV and now gays will be allowed to walk openly on a military installation. Is it right? Not sure, but it would not have happen in our father and grandfathers life time. “Change in Paradigm” Makes you wonder why a high school kid getting a BJ is such a big deal from another high school kid. A question I would ask is why was a female in the men’s locker room? I blame the high school for not having better restrictions. Interesting times we live in and raising our children to believe what is right and wrong. I can say one thing the moral standards from the 60’s-80’s is nothing like the standards of today. Today, kids are wide open and this does not surprise me one bit and I’m sure this happens more than we all know.
