So if a 17 year old senior, let's a 14 yr old freshman give him a hummer is it just as wrong ? I saw a ton if this in HS and no big deal was made but giving 2 guys one at the same time is a little more extreme i guess

Ive seen lots of things in my life as well, doesnt make it ok... Im all for Hill getting some action but a fricking 14 y/o? Dude, "date" a junior or senior and this issue doesnt exist.

I was a fan of his all season long. Redemptorist's tv coverage this year w Hill and La'el both destined for Death Valley had everybody paying attention.
He is a good-looking kid that was destined for a great football career. All he had to do was go sit in the Lsu union, get a coke and hang out listening to his iPod.

If you are actually ok with him receiving oral sex from a freshman 14 year old girl, even though he should have graduated LAST year, I wonder how many 14 year old girls he would have to go through before you objected to his actions.

Sadly, sexuality and everything that goes with it are hitting kids at younger and younger ages. Coupled with the fact that many girls are hitting puberty at early ages (some as young as 8), sex is happening in middle school and kids aren't ashamed of it. Moving 9th grade back to the Junior High school format isn't going to change anything.

This is more common than you people think. Seniors and freshmen hooking up is nothing new. If he actually did force her to do it then that's one thing, but if she wasn't forced I don't see what's so bad about it except he's a major college prospect. Regardless of my opinion about it though, the law is the law and he will end up paying for it the most.

I don't think I saw a freshman girl who didn't look more girl than woman when I was a senior. Certainly wouldn't pursue any. 14 year olds are not normally mature, in any way.

Yeah, you can argue you all you want about what the youngest age should be, but the bottom line is that right now you cannot give consent at 14. Whether you like it or not, that's the law. A shitty law? Maybe, but IT'S STILL THE LAW.

i would be willing to bet that the absolute MOST that comes out of this is probation, but more likely the charges will end up being dropped.

Why did you put in 8th grader in there? You are only trying to make this look worst than it already is! If Hill was a white stud QB ? Would all of you be up in arms? Sorry i am not one to play the race card but would most of you be upset if Hill was a big white QB? Just an honest question?
