Based solely on the kind of offense we are running and the type of qb that does well in that system, Out of everyone on the team and all the ones we have committed, Parrish is the only QB besides burrow that will be any good at all.

With that said that’s a surprise because I have hear he is all Miami around town

FWIW - Richt coached Brad Johnson and Casey Weldon at FSU. Richt was able to sign Weldon's son, Cade a Pro-Style QB. He also signed a higher rated QB, N'Kosi Perry. Perry is a 6'4 175 lbs. dual threat QB who appears to be the heir apparent at QB for Miami. That may influence Johnson's decision.

but Max Johnson is 79 of 207 thats 38% of pass completion for 7 TD and 6 interceptions and 925 yards in 10 games

This is disturbing. Anybody have an explanation for this and why he's so highly regarded considering his numbers.

Numbers don’t matter. It’s all based on potential. But we don’t need a project, we can’t do anything with fully polished QBs.

What I see 2 of the same types and 1 guy who will transfer out. He was purely depth.

So just like the stories of Derrius Guice ran a 4.3 which was BS that time is BS. When he got to LSU he ran a 4.58. So Johnson probably really ran a 5.0 to 5.1.

I personally don’t think that Brennan waits another year. To me elite QBs aren’t waiting to play period. We had a rb just wait his turn and we see how that went. If Parrish is that good he is going to play soon.

I'm not sure where those stats came from. His highlight tape is pretty good. Reminds me of a lefty Burrow a little bit. Big frame, good mobility. Accurate on the move. Good anticipation. Decent arm strength. Fit the ball into some tight windows.

Thanks. How accurate are those usually? I saw he had 208 yards in the first game of the season, which would mean he had under 80 yards in every other game. That doesn't seem right, does it?

Na I don’t think JUCO. If he has his shite together in the classroom he can graduate easily in 3 years bc most football guys take summer courses.

Way to pull your head out your arse! Vol is pretty consistent in his insights, case in point him saying Johnson was highly interested awhile ago, so STFU and do some research before you bad mouth people.....EXPOSTER should be your new name
