I don't remember and don't care enough to look at the time line.

I just don't see LSU leaking it and i think be it before or after he signed with TT, sorby's agent would care less if it was leaked. And if leaked before his signing, it would actually be in his client's best interest.

I could see his point.. leaking it as a proof of concept. Whether the clearinghouse would approve is a whole nother question.
