Saban has a blacklist file on every employee of the Clearinghouse. If they frick over Bama, they do so knowing they will be personally destroyed.
Most probably. And someone with power needs to get a dossier file on the midge. Kind of like the one Trump and his people had on Hillary:).

If a booster wrote him a check, then it's a gift, not income. The booster can file a gift tax return and as long as the player hasn't eclipsed the $5+M limit, there are no taxes
I thought someone could give out that kind of money and not be gift taxed. But if you received over $15,000 in a year as a gift, you must pay taxes on that. Either way, there is a paper trail if not paying cash that someone could follow.

Only peeps that can bust Bama is NCAA. At that time everybody gets busted.nImsay the hell with it. NCAA can’t put everybody’s football program on death watch. Nothing will happen ,NOTHING! Next year we will all be here if the good Lord lets us live, talking about how the hell did Bama get this or that player.

What about JBE's brother? Parish Taxes for said business. The sheriff has ways, it can be done especially if JBE and his brother was embarrassed. Health department, teachers can fail kids for not completing work, cops can stop kids/family/barber for failure to stop. Get her done sheriff/governer.

If the gift is over 15,000 to a single individual, then the person giving the gift has to file a gift tax return. There shouldn't be a tax unless the person receiving the gift has eclipsed their lifetime gift limit, which is currently a little over 5M for single, 11.2M for married couples.
You hit the nail on the head though...it would create a paper trail even there are no taxes associated.
