Agreed (with no sources, opinion only).

Seems Bama just might flip him; they think they will (they always do), but this flip seems legitimate.

Grey shirts will be flying in April.

This idea among the fans that we can continue to miss on elite prospects and be fine is ridiculous.

so we aren't bringing in elite prospects?

how about let NSD happen first then see how it all shapes out?

if LSU does pickup a guy like JA somehow, I will be far more thrilled about that.. regardless just wait to see how it all unfolds first. wow.

you missed out on 2 guys that you really targeted.. it's not the end of the world.

Every time when we lost a top in-state prospect, some people were all acting like we will be just fine. But in fact we are not. Look at what Landon Collins is doing at Bama and what he did to us in this year's game. One wouldn't think our secondary play this year could be way better with LC playing FS had he committed to us? Potentially changing the results of the UGA and Ole Miss losses? And people will feel the same pain next year when do not have Hooties's serve with Loston leaving. What about Cam Robinson? You don't think we need a proper replacement at LT after La'el Collins leaves early for draft? Maybe you will miss him a little bit more when our QB was sacked from blind side for the fifth times in a game. It's not only that they are top prospects, they also happen to play at positions that LSU desperately needs help with.

It is all likely LSU will find some replacements for Hooties and CR, but it is also likely the replacements are not as good as these elite prospects. They are elite prospects for a reason, and if LSU wants to continue to remain as a elite program and continue to compete with Bama year in and year out, we need to work harder to get these prospects and stop acting like the lower ranked recruits will all one day magically become a stud.

LC in 2011, CR and Hooties this year, and there is gonna be more guys like them next year. When it's becoming a trend you bet this will be the end of world for LSU.

What makes you think LSU didn't do everything within reason to land those two recruits? It seems to be lost on people that these recruits have free will. They have their own ideas about what's best for them, independent of any LSU fandom. And hard as it is to believe, some of them simply want nothing to do with LSU, and that isn't going to change even if we have a coach move in next door to them for a year.

So you think it's just a coincidence that all these guys that we lost in recent years are from North LA and it's just smokes with no fire that they all happened to claim "LSU wasn't recruiting me hard enough" after committing elsewhere? Come on! It's so obvious LSU has dropped the ball the past few years in North LA area recruiting and that's why they are sending Wilson and Haley to that area from now on, which they should have done earlier.

Nobody was getting inside on this motherfricker. Tony Brown from the same camp, against the same peeps, was getting blown up. Adams looks godly against them.

Three players do NOT bring a program down. You've already named them All Americans for some reason. I agree with you, we're being out worked, which is totally unacceptable and for the life of me, I don't understand why Miles is always reactionary. Increase the recruiting budget and fight fire with fire. If they have people monitoring every contact with recruits and alerting Coaches, the damnit, we need to do that, too.
