Maybe yall should start donating to the nil lol this has nothing to do with Kelly has more to do with miner and wanting to stay close to home with a bigger nil

Why would any non-business entity donate to NIL? Do you routinely invest in companies with zero expectation of return other than some good feelings occasionally?

Read that back to yourself

If there's no ROI, why would a business put up money?

Donating to an NIL fund is basically flushing money down the toilet.

Our high paid coaches are going to have to coach-up lesser players into champions. That's the only way to right this ship as CBK has set up his program. There's got to be demonstrative evidence that LSU can do more with less. Any big name players from the past these coaches developed is ancient history in this day and age. The 17-18 year olds seeking all of this money in the world of instant gratification don't give a rats arse about playing for the letters on their uniforms. Kelly has to be realizing this despite what he states in his post-game apologies.

They were doing this already donating to general athletic fund, or even to a specific sport. At least now they can see where their $ went investment wise and get immediate results

More like a big loss for Harrold if he ends up at 2-9 FSU. What an idiot lol

Going to a 2-9 school doesn't say much for his intelligence .

I paid for x player and he is starting at rb. Feel like you had direct impact to the success of a team.

Now ROI is gonna be dog shite cause 2/3 of a class is a bust or transfers every year. But boosters don't seem to care.

It's same reason why everyone's kid has a swing and pitching coach. You do it to not get passed up.

Lol, y’all are a trip. There’s a finite amount of money to spend so it’s a resource allocation question - where do you want to spend your money?

You can’t pay every single guy more than every other school, so make your choices and other schools will do the same.

This guy gets it. It's a big reason why dynasties are over and parity reigns.

FL kid decides to stay in FL and play for a school that probably paid him well and he most likely grew up pulling for!

Not the end of the world...if this was a LA kid committed to us and leaving last minute for FSU, then you'd have a good end of the world argument!

Even the ones that flip to LSU?

Quit being a drama queen about what an 18 year old kid does

Appreciate you. Let’s get this board back to substantive conversation over emotional reactions.

So a purely emotional argument.

LSU is cooked. I think many donors don’t like BK which is why we don’t “get into bidding wars”.
