yeah he switched hands and everything. then cut it back and accelerates. he runs upright but has excellent break away speed. His size is impressive as well.
His speed was ok, but someone has been coaching that kid. Excellent vision and technique.

What's politically correct to start watching kids play ball. Nobody annointed him the best thing since sliced bread I just thought football fans would want to see a playing good ball. Stop trying so hard to be a prick and just love the game no matter what level or age. He plays good ball. He ain't a national recruit yet.

I get annoyed when people hint that we should be offering middle school kids, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with simply watching and appreciating a kid who's talented for his age. He shows amazing quickness and excellent cuts. Looks like he's going to be a good one in a few years.
So, thanks very much for sharing the video, but please don't talk to him (or his mom) about LSU -- and definitely don't go making up nicknames for him that offend people.

LSU needs to get after #5 in the red jersey at the 20 second mark standing on the sideline.

Has there ever been a middle school athlete who matured early and was stronger, bigger and faster than other kids his age?

please add #70 and #76 at the 2:18 mark...if those are 7th graders then they should be on a lot of "Hot Lists"

The kid is good for his age, and it is cool to see a different sort of film on here.
The problem with kids this young is that you never know if they will continue to progress. He might end up playing LB or CB depending on body development.
I know he's at ECA and this is noooo knock on them just curious what High School District he lives in? If it's Huntington's then he's in Evangels district.

He will just be on the team but I dont think he will actually play. FYI - Rasco was on varsity for 5 years as well.

yes there has been. He maybe one of them but the fact is he is playing good ball adn shows talent. just supoort him instead of finding reasons to doubt. no one is hailing him a 5 star national recruit.
But he will definitely play college football.

This. i agree with you and thats why i posted it. he is good for his age. end of point. He very well may play other positions but he is good where he is at that level.
