quote:good selling point for LSU... convince him to stay DE, point out LSU's history + Aranda + CEO + the money DE's make in NFL vs TE's not named Gronk
reports are he's potentially transitioning to TE

Les Miles had an obsession with TE's. He liked to collect them to sit on the shelf and never catch passes. He was a peculiar individual
Also with fullbacks and kickers.

he will be taking an official visit to LSU because of his relationship with Ed Orgeron and being from Louisiana, the Tigers were his dream school.
So there's a chance to flip him. Playing your desired position at your dream school. I can see the flip.

Make it happen, young man has great size with a frame perfectly suited for OLB (AKA Key) in DAs Def. Might signal that we are not in Chaisson's future...

Everyone saying he wants to be a te are wrong, lsu is looking at him as a de
Posted on 12/17/16 at 8:35 am to Blktiger
No they are not, they see him as a tight end going forward.

If I'm not mistaken the article I read he said de, I could be wrong be I think he said de

What article? If its the guy from SEC country, then he doesn't know shite
Posted on 12/17/16 at 9:31 am to Joe Mantegna
Oh ok, if he does play te along with the te's we have on roster in Canada system look out
Posted on 12/17/16 at 9:36 am to Blktiger
If they think he can play either position then go get him. We need de's and te's, especially after Buggs went to bama and Pierce to Syracuse.

0% chance that he plays OLB for LSU. Has anyone saying this watched him play or even a seen a highlight tape?
He will be a beast at 3-4 DE though.

Wrong - pass rushing DE is what we are recruiting him. He has a very high ceiling.

Joe do you know him personally bc all I've heard is him playing de

We could easily get this guy up to 275-280 and he would be a perfect 3-4 end. 6'6 275 at DE next to somebody like Shelvin or Ed Alexander with Marvin Wilson on the other side. Dear lord
Then somebody like Sci Martin, Andre Anthony, or K'Lavion Chaisson off the edge. Damn son

At 9'6" I'd say throw it up to him all night.
