In this LSU Football era, I do not understand a top defensive player wanting to go anywhere else;assuming you did not grow up dis-liking LSU...For LC, you have a championship atmosphere, comparable schools and climate, best DB coach in conference and able to play in front of family and friends literally in your backyard...I just don't get it LC??

i saw his video on scout. There is absolutley nothing to take from that video. Anyone that says they got a vibe out of that is full of shite.

From looking into the drama there could be two possible things going on..
1. The kid wants the fun, dramatic, all eyes on me surprise. We all know Bama and LSU are now bitter rivals and those are his final two. His gf has been all about Bama so that when it's his time we are all surprised he's going to LSU. What's the point of a big suspenseful announcement when the gf has basically ruined it for months? Maybe bc it's all part of the plan?
2. Or GF and her mother control the poor guy and have convinced him to go to Bama. Now hes realizing Mom and his boys in LA are more important and is havin a rough time
