Landon's mom not coming could be for any number of reasons and could have NOTHING to do with the school he chose. Everything is pure speculation on that.
THE GF on the other hand, while still basically speculation, is at least a reasonable sign that her and LC are not getting along at the moment and she feels "unimportant" which might mean he decided not to follow her. Again, that's a guess as well, but a much more reasonable guess than the mom thing.
I don't put much stock in either, but I think that's the best interpretation. Your welcome.

I fully expect momma to show up if that is a real issue (not sure it even is). Give me a break, how many fleets of private jets would be made available to get her there if that was REMOTELY an issue... Please...

That's as much I can invest in a 18 year old's college choice. FWIW, I don't think he's a McKnight or a Jantzen. Seems like a good kid.
