So you're telling me that the Collins' dont' know LSU is playing on Saturday? Or every kid at Dutchtown doesn't know LSU plays on Saturday. That's the people Landon is surrounded by.

You twisted my words. And you did it on purpose. The guy would have to live in a bubble to not know of LSU.
I'm telling you that the black kids, 97% of them, in Geismar, aren't raised to care for LSU. They have no pull to LSU other than being able to remain around most childhood friends.

If they're that kind of talent and go to Dutchtown they have plenty of LSU influence. Not to mention they're family would MUCH rather them stay close to home. Lacy went to Bama because LSU backed off of him due to grade issues. It's not like Saban opened up some major pipeline or something.

Whether or not that area is LSU friendly, Landon Collins is well-informed on LSU and how he would fit in here after all the camps & gameday visists he's already made.

Of course they have influence to go to LSU. It IS the hometown school. ALL hometown schools have a certain draw.
