Look at his offers. Do they look "mid tier" to you?
On another note, I don't go by the bullshite either of who he was recruited by. This got damn board acts like the 8 players we lost at OL were just shite guys and none of them paid attention to who went after them.
Also we have guys that almost nobody goes after like Judkins and Mahomes and Cam Ward and Mestemaker. Did you know that Deion Jones had Kansas Kansas St, Arizona and Arizona St, Nebraska and Tulane as his only other offers than LSU? Did you know we didn't give him an offer until less than 2 months before NSD? Have you seen Deion Jones' NFL career?
Teams wanted Johnny Manziel at DB and only one decent team wanted him at QB (that's the story of many teams). Baker Mayfield? The dude had to walk on to Texas Tech. The old Texas Tech post Mike Leach. Only two lower teams wanted him.
I could keep going.
We needed RBs so I'm not going to hate this, I just don't like seeing a talented guys leave and this all we pick up so far. There is a high possibility Lacy stays at Ole Miss and I can easily believe that they beat Miami meaning he would have to declare to enter the portal while still playing in the playoffs. I don't think he does that though and likely does neither of the WRs at Ole Miss.
