His posts are very entertaining sometimes.

If we're going to play the "what if" game and continue to beat this dead horse, what if Randle goes to Miami? He did say recently that the Hurricanes were still in the running and, if I'm not mistaken, he did say that was leaning toward going there at one point in time. Just for the record, Randle never has said that he was ever a lean toward LSU, Alabama, or OU. Seeing as how Randle NEVER says anything substantial about his preferences, I think those words speak volumes. Now that's something else to freak out about! :beatdeadhorse:

Official Rueben Randle Thread - 12 Days to NSD
Just because he hasn't said anything outright, doesn't mean he refuses to give subtle signs. Hes hinted a bit in interviews and people in his inner circle seem to think its LSU. Some interviews he seems excited when he talks about LSU, as opposed to other schools. Plus, little things like him hanging out with LSU commits at the AA game. When you put it all together...its LSU, the little hes shown.

I've heard some other little things I can't confirm personally but believe what a poster says on another board...because he apparently is in his inner circle. Plus, Sonny has a good feeling and his gut is usually right when it comes to recruiting. Hes fairly close to the Randle family. But I agree, he has kept it close to the vest, you just got to look at subtle things and put them all together. Why has he visited LSU way more than other schools? Why did they practically let Miles sit in his house from dusk to dawn if they didn't like what they were hearing?

I like how your thinking deuce

If you go back and read my post, it says good news (rumors)on another site! I have no inside sources like many people on here that claim they do. However I have read some encouraging post, but I read the same on Debose and that was bogus! Cross fingers and pray, and for pete sake dont post any negative BS that is not true, save that shite for after signing day!

I wasn't criticizing your post at all. I was just saying that other rumours going around in this area weren't good at that time. I understand that you were hearing good things, was glad to hear it, and that's why I immediately went back and reposted your exact quote, so that it would be clear that any bad news was not coming from you.

All of this tea leaves stuff leaves me empty. I'm just going to light my candle that I carried all the way back from Fatima in Portugal, say a short prayer for Rueben Randle and the Tigers, and wait patiently for National Signing Day.

That's probably the best way to go about it.

'Bama doesn't stand a chance against LSU when you have fans like this guy.

Not many big recruits in North Lousiana go to LSU...Would be a coup if we got him....For years their has been a stigma of playing time....There are of course a few exceptions but not many...

I'd rather sign Andre Debose, WR out of Sanford, FL.

Sorry, I had to. I just chugged a little guy of so-co

North LA wasn't on the map with LSU until Saban. Before and til that time, the loyalists would go there, and only a few got their chance.

But, after Saban... people know the talent is up here as well. Very few recruits up here want to go to Ole Miss or Arkansas over LSU, if they ever did.

You reap what you sow, and whether or not anyone will admit the mistake of not recruiting up here, or in N.O., for pete's sake before DiNardo, this is why we are in this dilemna.

I wasn't extolling the virtues of Saban, but making an honest observation about one of his contributions to LSU.

Don't worry... it's coming and that's fine. Anyone who dares to speak their mind rather than kiss up with other posters risks the consequences with rabid fans. So be it.
