Well then if you name him and there is a boom but its another person he can say I told you. The is straight out of the Philly school of reporting. Leave everything so vague that you can still take credit for it. Or at least say its fluid. Let me show you...
My sources tell me there is big news coming this weekend.
Then I can take credit for anything, including news that they restricted the ops parking lot. And if absolutely nothing happened anywhere on campus... it was fluid.
