Remember when Many of us were stressing..

Was he coming? Was he staying in Oxford? Was he going to Jortville? Some said they were tired of waiting.. some even hinted that LSU should move to another candidate... I was nervous because I felt the dropoff from lane to the next group was big..
Well it was worth it 10000%.. we get Lane.. keep Baker... And this Portal season has been epic!

Maybe I was just being ignorant but I honestly thought he was coming here from the get go.
Wasn’t worried about him going to Florida at all and never thought he wanted to stay in Oxford for the long haul.
It just all made sense.

The drop off was big. Ole Miss has an alcoholic coaching them and Florida has G5 Jon. We got the best because we are the best.

A lot of exciting times ahead for LSU. The anticipation leading into the Clemson game IN Tiger Stadium will be epic. It will be all people and media will be talking about. Geaux Tigers.

I always thought he was staying in Oxford. I don’t think anyone realistically thought he was going to Florida.

Remember when SEC coaches could block players from transferring to other SEC schools? Seems like a lifetime ago. These are wild times...

I did feel pretty good. I think hes always had an eye on LSU. It was making the playoffs that concerned me.. I felt that even leaning LSU if they made a deep run that he might have stayed to run it back. Thankfully Carter pissed down his leg and tried to strong arm and alpha dog..
