Referring to likely LSU team composition next year. Could be wrong, but that's the reality of what it looks like, barring help from JCs.

We bring back Porter, Turner, Alexander, and Hawkins. Collins could also come back, but he's likely to be a 1st round pick. Our O-line will be fine.

Almost 70% of Alabama's carries last season were made by either Lacy or Yeldon. Meanwhile LSU had 4 running backs with at least 70 carries. You just may be talking out of your arse.

bama was depleted by injury last year which was the reason that Yeldon wound up playing like he did (he wasn't supposed to). Those injuries also opened bama's eyes and made them recruit more backs so that if the injury bug hit them again they would have more stock....LSU rotates backs for similar reasons.

True, but to say the reason LSU rotates their backs is because "that's what Saban does" is a stupid statement.

It was kinda ridiculous the way hills carries were given last night.

Just saying. It made no sense at all. The whole gameplan didn't.

Hill never got going. Long run was 7 yards I believe. In our 2 losses he has 4.0 and 4.1 ypc. Need to get him going early.

By the way, I haven't noticed any similarities between LSU's and Bama's defensive scheme at all since 2011. They run a 3-4. We run a 4-3. Not trying to start shite. Just sayin. Those are the facts.

Facts are good. Unfortunately, I've been seeing them on this board less and less.

I'm learning from the short time I've been a member on this board that this is definitely true. Obvoiusly, I haven't been on here long..Just thought I'd make it clear that I realize this before someone else pointed it out by ripping on me.. From what I've seen so far, there are a lot of insecure posters on here. You got those that continuously worry about whether or not we are gonna get this recruit or that one. And then you got those that show their insecurities by ripping on everyone for posting something they don't agree with. Both of which seem a little ridiculous to me. Oh, yeah...forgot to mention the obsession with Bama and Saban. That actually probably tops both of the other two. All in all, there are a few members on here whose posts I do enjoy reading. Still not many facts though.

Wasn't Hill still injured a bit from the last game?

I want to accentuate the positive here and say how explosive and quick Kenny Hilliard looked. Best he's looked in a while!

Bottom line is Fournette will have to take most of the carries. There won't be as many good backs on the team as we currently have. Hill and Blue are gone. We are also not recruiting heavily on RB's at this time. Fournette will get more carries than he bargained for. If I were a betting man i'd say he will be getting 60% + of the carries with two other backs splitting the remaining. We will also see a lot of misdirection with an athletic QB. Bring it

We rotated all night between Hill Magee Hillard and Blue

Those 4 guys totaled 31 carries:

Hill 16
Hillard 11
Magee 3
Blue 1

2 guys got the bulk of the carries, Hill was ok, but not spectaular and still got half the carries.
