Books, I'm not saying I'm running with it but the Texas guys (roughneck Will, and another) seem to think from what their Texas sources say that he's LSU's to lose. They're usually not in the business of making statements without any basis in fact or information.

BORN, would you mind sending me an email at
<<<<@live.com??
I have a question for you that would be better discussed off TD.com.

the UT guys don't know anymore (maybe less) than anyone here, UT sites moved on months ago when UT coaches did.

But I don't think anyone truly knows anything about where Lache is going to end up. Everyone has their information from what they have been able to glean through various channels and all we can do is speculate given the information that we do have.
playa just stated what some have said, they don't know any more or less than we do but they do have access to different avenues of insight being from Texas.

So he would fit better in other systems? Since I have no earthly idea what system we run, I can neither confirm or deny. Are we a spread, a power I, a short side option, a fall back for a sack? No identity that I could see.

Our identity is that we don't have an identity.

I'll eat my own leg if he commits to Oregon, I just don't see it happening.

Players like Lache are not utilized as well at lSU as they are at other schools. Who knows, with some new staff LSu may finally accept an identity. Its traditionally been a pro set offense, with a spread friendly twist.

I dont even think Lache knows, so yeah, all the speculation or "he's going to Bama" is just utter bullshite.
one of the reasons i stopped following recruiting so much.

Sorry I missed you address. I had to cut my lunch short because of all the people taking vacation. I had to take a hot line call from a customer.
Yes, I think LS would fit in very well in TT offense. If you go through some of my first 50 or so posts you will find out I have been pimping TT to LS. But Lache has done a great job of only looking at the colleges he wants to play at. To bad it has to be only one.

I think Lache would do very well with the Ducks or TexasTech.
I think he would do especially well at Oregon with his speed against those Pac 10 defenses.
Just watch some old Reggie Bush highligts against the same teams he would play or Jacquizz Rodgers highlights against the same defenders he would play.
Him trailing Masoli and getting the pitch on the edge would be lethal. I'd need to buy a package to get those games!

Now I have no iea where he will commit, but I'm gonna hold you to this if he does become a duck.

Stop calling the guy an attention whore, if anything he's been the opposite. Compared to many prospects, he has been very quiet. Sure he says he has a surprise for his announcement, and I'm looking forward to it. As for where he may go, nobody knows except for him. When he said he had that surprise in mind it made me think that he has known where he will go all along. Stop pretending that he is not a great prospect because he is. If LSU gets him, awesome. If he goes to Oregon, he will be fun to watch in that offense. If he goes to Auburn, he could be a headache for our defense in upcoming years. Don't hate the guy for not committing earlier, it's his decision and it's a tough one. Good luck to Lache.

rather Oregon than Auburn or SEC.

Another school in the $$$$$ bidding. Oregon is just a Nike stalking horse in the race.
