I'm really excited we're even discussing this.

this must be what it feels like to be USC on the recruiting trail.

AU is putting together a pretty good class. Hopefully, we don't have a shitty year next season and lose what looks to be a amazing class for us.

That's what makes him think that.

You know I'm not trying to be mean but I'm a little tired of the this Lache situation. He is a playmaker. I understand that. But if we need or want another back this bad there is a guy here in Florida by the name of Hank Mccloud. He finished with over 1500 yards and 12 touchdowns, and played in the state finals here against the nine-time state champ Bolles high school. No one has picked him up at all. Check him out on youtube!

I doubt their fans are as eaten up with the recruiting bug as you damn Auburn guys are!

From reading all posts, LS will announce at the Army AA game. CPA made a bet with Maximus early in the process about AU landing the top 3 RB's and TR, and through a fortuitous set of circumstances, looks like AU will possibly get 2 RB's and TR. But that is not the tipper, . . . The decision appears to have been made already. Lache is a silent commit to AU until the announcement.
I understand that Born is a friend/advisor to LS, and realize that this is as much a scolding that Born can give without totally coming out and confirming CPA's (cryptic reasoning) or (insider AU info.), which seems/appears to be accurate. Whether CPA is an Auburn insider or not does not matter here, what does is Born's reaction to perceived information that could tip this mystery over into the light, thereby leaking what is intended to stay a secret.

Born
quote:

I have decided that CPA knows someone inside at AU and neither can keep a secret.

quote:

Don't trust CPA he would not try to bet everyone if he did not already know where those guys are going.

One last tidbit, . . . The joke will be on someone.

AuburnCPA
quote:

I just cannot forget Seastrunk telling Auburn fans to not worry, it will be funny and we will like who he chooses.

I hope that Frank Wilson is doing the recruiting job of his life to bring both LS and TR to play football in Baton Rouge, but this scenario may have already run it's course. But stay positive, and keep the faith as miracles do happen.

because by now having the three top RBs in the nation high on their school would just be par for the course.

I have seen no evidence that CPA thinks Seastrunk would commit to AU other than that comment he made regarding Nick Saban. Things change, and everyone believing CPA knows inside info needs to go talk to beaver on the SEC Rant. He is His inside source.

Nothing has been said latly that leads me to think AU. I'm not ruling them out, but I just don't see it neither do many AU insiders.

I'm on the Lattimore train personally. Our Rivals guys and people in on his recruitment are saying that Auburn has a huge chance to land him.

We'll see. I personally still think he ends up in Columbia or Tally.

Has he taken an official to Aubbie town yet?

I'm pretty sure he's taken a few visits down to Auburn, with the most recent one being in late October for an official visit. He took other visits during our A-Day game and during that Big Cat weekend.

Most people "in the know" are saying it's an Auburn-USC battle with Penn State on the outside looking in.

I know he rolled the corner and all that shite but just hadn't kept track of whether or not he had taken an official.

Thanks Ross.

Too bad Oregon has a sophomore back that is going to get the majority of the carries next year.

Not necessarily, Oregon has had two rb's have over a 1000 yards three times this past decade.
