Maybe if Jefferson comes in and lights up the world his freshman year, Shep will reconsider.
he's indicated that all along, that he only wants that chance to play qb. with Gilbert already in the fold, and their prime target for QB this year, there's no way he gets a fair shot at it there.

Bottom line is Shep wants to be a Horn but Gilbert was the top choice Shep was gonna be a WR if he choose UT while LSY will give him a chance at QB. I think he will be great at LSU but I don't believe it will be at QB.
