The guy was talking about what the coach said during the entire thread. You are only talking about one post from that entire thread.

Les Miles and the QB woes really did a number on the fanbase

That’s a great question. When he got the offer, and talked about how much he liked the campus, Coach Mason, the fact that it was in the SEC, etc, I advised him to commit.
By that time in his recruitment I felt strongly that it was his best option, and would likely be the best option for him IF he wanted to play in the SEC.
A few days later he called to commit, and on the phone call he was asked if he planned to visit or camp elsewhere. Quad was honest and said yes. They refused to take his commitment at that point, and the very next week they took another QB commitment (Muhammad) Who ironically has since transferred to Georgia State where Quad is.
Bama gave him one of those classic non commitable offers, and left it contingent on a spot opening up. At that time the staff at Bama had growing concerns that Tualia would flip, and current QBs transferring. I think they saw Quad as a potential back up plan to Tualia.
I think ultimately he ended up where he should have, and has a great opportunity to accomplish his goals in Atlanta. Time will tell.

On the 247 offer list it says LSU offered him. Is this correct?
No it doesn’t.

I don't know what to tell you, but it's right there in the link you provided. Second from the bottom, just above South Carolina.

Lsu is on the list, but If you look closer where it says “offer” it says “no” Compare that to the Vandy and Bama “offer” status and it says “yes”

My bad. I just thought if the team was on the list, then they had an offer.

Takes a big individual to own up and apologize. I've done crazy things in the name of LSU as well. Geaux Tigers.

I still don't understand how you thought a Recruiting Board would get him an LSU offer. I find it hard to believe Bama had him as a backup plan for Tua. He was always all Bama. And now you try to tell us he was an SEC QB , but Vandy passed on him and he ended up at Georgia St. ?
You've admitted to lying several times, so why should we believe this?

Can you read? He said backup plan to TAULIA, Tua’s brother

Maybe you need to read better

You did an honorable deed:
a. You took responsibility;
b. Apologized;
c. Exhibited honor.
What more can you do? I respect you for that and I believe you are loyal to LSU.
Go Tigers!!

Ok, that explains his response but I did not read the whole thread, only what I was responding.
