I don't know who "us" is.. But i can tell you that the media that actually watched West Monroe roll through that pathetic district last year, knew that they were going to get bounced early in the playoffs.
Don't believe everything you see on reality shows. The West Monroe team had two or three ligit players. But the real problem was that they had an absolute joke of a QB. Everyone knew that DJ Banks should have been the starter, but "something" prevented that. Wonder what that could have been.
And for the record, i saw WM and Bastrop play several times last season. Bastrop would have embarrassed West Monroe. Trust Me.
Bottom line, Acadiana was a much better team last season. That's my point.

The last time Bastrop beat West Monroe was 1988. EVERYTIME they have played Bastrop has had more talent and we all know why. Brad Bradshaw is a horrible HC...they should have won more than 2 4A titles by now with all the talent and speed he has.

When I was in high school (late 90s) we used to laugh at south Louisiana teams. It seemed they all sucked. They talked more shite than teams from north Lousiana, and then they would get their shite handed to them.
I haven't been around for a while, but I heard it has changed a bit.

Are you ####### kidding me? Bradshaw has always had the athletes and hasnt done shite with them. Shows came in to a bunch of not so talented players and made them win.
Bradshaw is scared to play WM. I talked to Ladarious Abrams the other day and he said Shows called him and DJ Banks into his office the last week of school to listen to him talk to Bradshaw on the phone. Shows asked Bradshaw if he would play a home and home or even play at ULM and Bradshaw said, "No, there is to much hostility between our fans so I dont think we could play at this time". So there you have it. Bradshaw is scared to play WM not the other way around. Shows knows WM could hang around w/Bastrop and eventually pull out the victory but until Bradshaw grows some balls we wont find out for sure.

Yeah was called having the best seat in the house for some of the best high school games in LHSAA history. BTW, I have not been to a West Monroe game since 2004, having moved out of state to Nashville.

36, I was 21 when I started the chains and 32 the last I ran them.
FYI...the 5 guys that run the chains at WM today are all older. 3 of them are in the their 50s, one is about 40 and the other is about 35. The 3 older guys have been doing it since the early 80s.
