The Orangebloods posters are such a joke. Seriously, every single player that would rather go to LSU over Texas has either character issues, is lied to by our coaches, or is now paid by agents in hopes of landing big money down the line when they turn pro. It's funny how guys like Loston are lousy character individuals and aren't "Mack Brown" type recruits but as soon as they are seen wearing some Texas orange socks they are all good all of a sudden.
Lache went from upstanding individual to yet another player with a single parent looking for a handout from LSU. It's freaking pathetic how their fans come across.
It's also freaking hilarious watching the mods talk about how poorly Sam Carter played last Friday after Scout88 talked over and over again about how he's better then Shep and a top three, five star in the state. Scout88, the high school coach in Houston considerd an "insider" on OB.
The OB site is great as the information from the mods is outstanding. But the posters are arrogant pricks with an elitist mentality and an excuse for everything their lazy arse coach does on the recruiting trail. And it's highly ironic how they point to character on everything yet post things that show nothing but poor character and an overall sense of entitlement.

You could be right about _T_ hiring agents because this guy told me while at the 7 on 7 that his room mate was M. G_ods_n and he seems to have the run of _T_. So how does a grown man get to live with a kid on scholly. I guess he is Go_d_on's trainer. So who pays him _oo_so_ or _T_? This could smell like Bush all over and _T_ is not above the NCAA law.

As I posted on the Rivals main board, Texas, Texas A&M and OU fans are the worst about posting items like this with no proof.
Miami fans are just as bad as those three.
Now don't get me wrong, there are more Texas, A&M fans that don't do this type of stuff and know the workings of recruiting.
Lache is more than likely LSU's to loose, but its a long time until Feb 2010; and I don't see Mack stop recruiting the very likely number 1 overall recruit of 2010.

You could be right about UT not pulling back on recruiting Lache. I am not sure I understood what you ment with the rest of the post. In the begining he was introduced to me as an aTm scout who lives with M. Goodson, not the personal trainer he is claiming now. If he doesn't represent aTm then when did he stop being an aTm scout? After convincing LS mom that he could take over Laches recruitment. The only thing different is I was there at the 7on7, and have talked to him face to face. He seems like a good guy, but I could be naive also.

LSU is a great football school, no one in their right mind will doubt that. If a recruit wants to go there, they need no excuse. If a DT wants to go there, you need only look at recent history.
I don't think I have to tell you guys not to put too much stock into Rivals posters, for any school, but especially in our case, these guys are freaking blowhards.
These are the same Einstein's who wanted Vince Young to play wide receiver.
With every recruit there are rumors. We are used to getting our pick of the litter, and when we don't, I'm sure everyone, especially on that ridiculous board, knows 'exactly why.'
I don't see why some of y'all are getting so worked up over it, but my suggestion to you would be, don't sweat it.
You all know people who went to Texas, just like all Texas fans have friends/family who went to LSU, and I am pretty sure most of you know that the fanbase doesn't even come close to the bastardized amalgamation that is Rivals message boards

Mack Brown doesn't like fighting for recruits. 90% of UT's recruits are guys that jump on the offer.
