I just want play makers. I think for awhile LSU got too caught up in a receiver's height, forty time, etc. We learned along time ago that track guys don't always make good football players. And you can be as tall as a tree, but if you don't have ball skills it doesn't matter.
The Tigers are back to running the ball. Any coach will tell you that you will have more LONG TD runs when your RECEIVERS can block down field. Give me a guy who will block, run good routes, good hands and will catch the ball when it is thrown to him, and everybody else can keep their track guys. I like speed too obviously, but I think forty times are over-rated when it comes to wide receivers.
These young guys coming in look like they will be good overall receivers. There have been some comparisons in recent posts to Josh Reed. You give me another Josh Reed or two and I will be a happy Tiger Alum!

Troy would give Mowad fits when he would get those running starts on punt return. By the time he caught the ball he was at full speed.
