Florida is the only school I can think of. However, I think LSU has done a fine job of using Dickson over the past two years. If he continues to improve, I can definitely see him getting picked on the first day of the NFL draft.
Keep in mind that Kellen Winslow II was probably the most hyped-up TE prospect in 10 years, and in his final season he had 57 receptions, 726 yards, and 8 touchdowns. Most tight Ends just don't put up huge stats in college.

Seriously, you guys are having this discussion, and completely leave out the one school that has produced as many NFL TEs as anyone, including Miami. This same school has also recently offered Dickson, by the way. However, I believe they would like him as a DE.

I would say Georgia use their TE as much as anybody.

UGA's leading tight end had 3 receptions last year.

LINK
Florida's Receiving Stats
NAME REC YDS YPR TD
Louis Murphy 38 655 17.2 7
Percy Harvin 40 644 16.1 7
Aaron Hernandez 34 381 11.2 5
Deonte Thompson 18 269 14.9 3
Do they really?
3 more catches than Dickson with a much better QB
Thats how outrageous that argument is. LSU is a TE best option in the SEC , otherwise go up north and play.

And they played in one more game than LSU (SEC championship) -- myabe that is where the other 3 passes came from?

I live on the planet where all three of UGA's TEs played while substantially injured last year. I also live on the planet where Randy McMichael, Ben Watson, Leonard Pope, Martrez Milner, and Jermaine Wiggens are playing or recently played in the NFL.
I also live on the planet where Aron White burned LSU for a 50 yard pick-up last year while injured.
Just saying.

You must not know about UGA's recent history of TEs. They didn't have much of a TE last year but they're TE U in the SEC EASILY.
Martrez Milner, Leonard Pope, Ben Watson and Randy McMichael are all names that come to mind recently from UGA.

People will always see him as Richard's little brother, no matter where he goes.

I just found the statement to be odd, did some fact checking and found that incredible stat.
To answer your question, no I do not follow UGA's TE's.

I live in GA and have for a long time so UGA football is pretty ingrained into the mind by the fans. If I ever mention Richard Dickson the first response I typically get is "he's no -insert great UGA TE-" from UGA fans.
Leonard Pope was a bigger nightmare than Jermaine Gresham in college. Still trying to figure out how Arizona is not using him.
