Taylor Underwood is the TE. He has good speed but he doesn't weigh very much.

More than anything I was impressed with the play of our offensive line. They dominated a very good Ruston front four. I thought Dillon Day looked great coming back from his knee injury. And little Daniel Pipes (5'10 200) did a great job on Jonal White for the most part.
This was the first game this season that the WM D has played the way it was capable of playing Allen, Bourdreaux, Siddiqui, Mingo, Glynn, and Tyson all had very good nights. As a whole we did a great job containing Wilson and Rome.
I give props to Nick Rome for showing some toughness and playing through the beating he took. He never left the game after he was drilled play after play.

The Ruston OL is not that great, as you saw. And its a defensive front 3 not 4, with 2 200 pound DE's and only one true DT, a very under sized unit that does much better when people try to run around them rather than right at them. The offense has a habit of leaving the defense on the field for extreme amount of time when playing good teams. Oh, well, Ruston should sit much better in the coming years in 4A. However, word is that Ruston and West Monroe will conitnue to play each other, only now at the 1st of the season. I look for Parkway to make the move up into the 5A district, and possibly West Ouachita,as both schools along with Haughton have increased enrollments. Look for Bastrop to be up to that size the next go around in 2 years, as they are getting closer as well.

I graduated from West Monroe in May of 1990. The last Ruston beat WM was in the fall of 1990. That is 19 seasons and 22 straight wins and that is unbelieveable to me with the way Ruston dominated us in the 1980s.

It help having a Ruston guy at the helm, Childress retiring, Ruston High getting smaller(down to 1048), and West Monroe getting bigger( up around 1900).

It was a joke, but your a-hole is so tight you couldn't see it.
BTW, I had my ACT locked up in 7th grade with a 22. For that I also give myself:
I was just a disintrested observer, but if that's an example of your jokes, stick to straight lines.

You don't know what you are talking about as you haven't been on the board enough to know the inside jokes. Joe was pissed because his boys got their asses handed to them for the 22nd straight time.

No I was annoyed that you called me a racist. Whether you were joking or not its totally classless. I think Ruston losing to West Monroe is kida of a normal event by now, nothing to get upset about.

I thought with your time here that you had been to the MSB. Obviously you have not or you would've understood.

You'll have to fill me in on that one. I pretty much stay on this board and try to stay clear of the rantards...what am I missing?

Also, yes I get very offended and any speak of racism, it kinda sets me off. My group of friends looks like a UN meeting when we go out to eat, as did my wedding party. FYI, my my isn't white and neither is my best friend.

The MSB is by far the cream for the most part when it comes to sports talk on this site. It's a running joke when someone talks about a white guy his "motor never stops running" and if a black QB is smart he "speaks very well." Also the racist joke is just thrown out when someone talks about a white guy and a black guy. It really doesn't matter which side you take.
BTW...my grandfather's name is Margarito Hernandez...just saying.

O'k man I got ya. I know I've seen Fox on there a few times. I just didn't have all that intel. I actually met both of the guys mentioned and Don Brown at the district track meet last eyar and they were all fun and well spoken younge men. And yeah, I was real impressed with Allen he's a physical stud...makes me wonder what Mingo would look like now if he'd have been doing weights as long as most of the other guys on the team (pretty scary)

I am sorry. If it is like a real UN meeting, it is nothing but lies and backstabbing. That is what happens at the UN.

I think mingo made a 20 or a 21 on his ACT earlier in the school year.
