You are all retarded. Shep is not overrated in the slightest. He is a little small but give moffit atleast a few months, jesus. He is a play maker and scores TDs. Yes he's not the bast passer but he is pretty fcuking good. There is a reason he is in the top 5 of every ranking. That dude will be freaking sick in his 3 years here.
