a&m is like ole miss. they'll fly a banner for this. both schools just don't get enough accolades so they cherish whatever they can.

It should have said two cents. Not sense...I posted from my phone with swipe text and it must have put sense. I should have proofread better. I appoligize. So anyhow, to answer my question it was due to run differential. I still say this was dumb and they should have been no champion. I guess let them enjoy their imaginary championship and beat them when it counts in the season on the path to our real championship. Thanks for all the responses.
