That's a tad harsh.
One of the main reasons none should take much that is written here seriously is cause what this place does attract is non-LSU fans flying under the cover of a "LSU fan" screen name who get off being a "chit stirrer". imo
It's a popular, free forum and therefore the trolls will be strong among us. Add in our own true LSU jerk like guys and we get the negative BS that seems to run wild sometimes.
The vast majority of LSU fans well know we are very lucky to be taking part in the most elite time LSU football has EVER known. That includes us "degenerates" who post here....we just like to complain now and then.

You are a nasty girl and a pog at that quit talking about your "struggles in training". Its a message board where people come to shoot the shite it's not our fault you take ever sarcastic remark as a personal insult. Lighten up a bit and learn how to skip past comments and you will find that this site has a lot of insightful information to offer.

I was in Iraq when everything first started and did a WestPac before that. In my four years active I was overseas for 23 months. People forget the first people over there had nothing. Once we left Kuwait there were no tents to stay in nothing. We slept in the fighting holes we dug in the open. No chow halls or places to go back to after patrol or anything remotely close to that. Be lucky you have some sort of internet. We had no phones, internet video games, laptops and everything else people bring over there now. My entire time over there I got one phone call on the battallion satellite phone that would have been a max two minutes had my parents been home to pick up the phone. I was SOL on that one. I only made it home for one Christmas in my four years and missed all the other holidays. I never once complained because I had absolutely no right to being single and no kids. Saw so many Marines with kids miss so many important times in their lives. A good friends dad died and by the time he got word from the red cross it had been five days and he already missed the funeral. I could go on and on.
To the OP, quit being a whiny bitch about the luxury you have to the internet and get over it. Hopefully your're not whining to your fellow soldiers because as I'm sure you know they are going through the same thing and really don't care about your problems. Like I had to tell a few of my Marines, you'll have plenty of time to whine to mommy when you get home.
Having said all that please stay safe and get home soon.

Such as, I played football or I coached football or I work as this or I work as that or when I was in school or a 100 other type stuff to help explain where they are coming from in their thought process and thats all ok.
But let a guy in the service do much the same and suddenly it's some freaking big deal and shame on him.
Thank you for your service and sorry bout you having to miss out on certain events as you served.
How bout we just let the guy have his say like we do/have done thousands of times before without taking his head off cause we don't like his angle.

When someone posts on the recruiting site that they notice a recruit has dropped in the rankings and would appreciate if someone that knew would say why, he gets 10 reply's that rankings dont matter and stfu and gtfo. Did it ever occur that he mite just want to know if the player got hurt or something? That he doesn't care about star ranking but given that he has a brain, he figures there must be a reason?
Constant bashing of recruits, players, and coaches no matter the reason is beyond me. These are kids at LSU. They are someone's babies and grand babies. Recruits read this site every single day and so do the players.
Guys, what I'm getting at is even though some of you get aggravated when someone posts stats or questions that may irk your nerves, there are hundreds if not thousands that enjoy reading the posts. It's so annoying to have to skim through 20 pages of a hot topic because people want to reply "in" or "k" just to be a smartass or get their post count up. If you don't like what's being said then don't reply it's that simple. If you don't like a recruit that is wanting to come to LSU keep it to yourself or at the water cooler. If you hate JJ or JL or Shanle or Harper keep it to yourself. Because brothers, they are our team. They suit up in YOUR colors for YOUR team and YOUR town and state. I will root for them all I don't care how slow or bad they are. I hate going to all of these bases and countries and EVERYBODY is a Bama fan. It makes me sick because they don't know anything about the school. Let me tell you something guys, LSU and the Saints are hated it's true. They hate us outside Louisiana. Well let me tell you something, I would have crawled through hot coals to watch JJ throw an interception or to see Harper get burned. You take for granted what you love to bash on. I love my teams and I hate to see our own fans bash anyone that wears our colors in the trenches because it really is us against the world. Any recruit that comes to LSU will be one of my hero's and he will experience a fan base and crowd like no other on Saturdays in Death Valley!!
Love your team guys. Please don't be so negative. Because I can promise you, I'd trade places with you fella's watching the Tigers and Saints rather than over here in the desert sweating and missing home!
