As I see it in the picture posted, you can't tell the ball is out because you can't see his arm and his ankle is touching the grass so that is just like a knee or elbow hitting the ground.

Instead of LSU or any single team leaving the SEC, all of the other SEC schools should petition other conference for membership. Them the SEC will have no choice but to make a change.
