All I would add is: a) I don't think he was permitted to bring legal counsel and b) that (I think) the language of his contract states "reasonable." IMO (which carries zero legal weight) is the terms set by our Admin were NOT reasonable.

Wade didn’t attend a meeting because his lawyer said “no bueno.” Then he gets a new lawyer, and all of a sudden there’s a meeting.
So Wade didn’t show up to work for a month because he had a bad lawyer.

His contract states that he MUST cooperate. Refusal to attend a meeting is certainly noncooperation.

So have the terms of the mtg changed? Is the new lawyer permitted in the mtg?
