you just don't get it do you? our qb passing has gone from atrocious to poor yet he seems to be our best option. it's a tough pill to swallow but it is our best option to win currently.
our fans are willing to play unknowns and throw the next 3 games just for a chance that the next qb will be better. yet he has shown no sign that he will be better and the coaches, who see him every day, don't think he's better.
so cry all you want and make up shite about miles hardheadedness and pictures and barbque sauce, etc. it is my sincere desire that AJ keeps improving and (or) that Harris steps up as i'm sure it is for every LSU fan, coach or player. but bitching about poor passing stats really does nothing and is getting boring.

I think AJ seems to be a pretty good egg, but a QB in the SEC? Maybe not. I saw him play against Iowa in Tampa last bowl season. It was only his second time playing and his first real start, but I thought then that surely LSU will have somebody better for 2014 regular season. Guess not. Just Harris and even Kragthorp...

Les doesn't want to throw the ball; having a qb that can't throw suits him just fine. Less pressure for him to be obligated to call pass plays.

Harris has accounted for just as many td's as Jennings in much less playing time.

Harris put on an absolute show against NMST. Jennings looked awful against NMST.

By that measure, he will be the best chance to win at the beginning of next season. Jennings has to get leaps and bounds better since it appears he's our only option over the next 3 years. I just don't see how Harris gets a chance at redemption before his senior year. After a full year of playing it will be about experience.
What is clear though is that Miles does not want a QB controversy and there's only one way to avoid that.

Numbers don't lie in football! Brandon Harris must be QB going forward. Just too talented and WILL put up better numbers---by far--than AJ! Or else, he WILL leave!

There are 3 things we the fans have been screaming for all along
#1 the benching of Welter
#2 more Fournette
#3 the benching of Jennings
We finally got the first two and the team drastically changed and were right about.. now it's time for #3..
We as fans can be wrong, however
Some things are PAINFULLY obvious.. regardless what the coach does..

Really. It looks like we predominately run the ball so Harris couldn't hand the ball off? And, isn't he a better runner than AJ. And, Harris has not had the opportunity to play with the improved defense.

The way I see it Les Miles is playing with fire here against Arkansas.
Start Jennings and lose and there will be a shite storm of invective hurled Miles's way.
