If you fail to see the difference between a state flagship whose more than half of the operating budget comes from the state, and a lower level/regional college you are a fricking moron.
Also, LSU students pay almost as much as fees as tuition due to TOPS....dunno if your source factored that in.
In the end of the day, LSU's annual budget for the BR campus is around 430 million. Outside of education, that also funds SuperMike, which upon construction in 2002 was in the top 20 of supercomputers in the world, and CAMD, a synchotron (aka particle accelerator used to generate source radiation of high end intruments)...One of only two universities in the country to possess one, the other being Stanford.
What do you guys have?

Do they offer "Coherency, Logic, and Sentence Flow 101" as an elective in NC high schools?
Might as well ask if they offer reading comp as an elective as well, seeing as he was only making a comment...no insult.

Appy St fans need some self-esteem and need to stop fricking fishing for compliments on their football team and school. No one around here really gives a flying frick about Appy State or their football team. Its just another team we get to practice on for the REAL teams. Not at all, I was simply remarking that what you said made absolutely no sense in the context of what you were replying to. The dude was not insulting ASU...it was simply making a remark. Nothing wrong at all with being based in a small town...

Good question...I don't. I don't take the time to make sure my sentences are correctly spelled or punctuated. Many times my posts are messed up at first because I type as I think, and somethings my thinking outpaces my typing leaving for incoherent jumps that get posted before I fix them to be edited.
Only time I care is when horrible grammar et al gets in the way of understanding WTF you are trying to say.
And out of curiosity...what part of grammar, syntax, and punctuation does
