I don't know why people are melting over another loss to Bama, except for the fact that it's gone on way too long, and in my opinion, we aren't making any progress as far as giving them a tougher game.

We've been shutout two of the last three years against them and are averaging under 4 points a game with o as the head coach.

Are you aware that we are the only team that Bama has shutout this year? We're also the only SEC team not to score any points against them in the first half of their games.

The players should shoulder some blame for the loss. But the majority of the blame should be placed at the feet of the coaching staff, and the lion's share of that blame should be on o, since he's the man in charge.

Believe me, if A&M, Tennessee and Arkansas have the players to score on Bama, LSU should as well. And in my opinion, that's where the coaches and scheme come into play.

We been blaming coaches for 20 years for defeats. Why is it suddenly not the thing to do? Who calls the shots in the game? The coaches were given lots of praise for the Georgia win. Now, they are going to catch shite for this cluster. Nothing new about that.

But it's not o and his coaches fault. Didn't you know that?

Seriously, your post was excellent. Well said good sir.

Yet here you are, trying to sugar coat this loss for the coaching staff.

Keep it up, deflect the blame to the players, or whoever else you can throw some blame at. Just make sure you keep o and his offensive coaches hands clean.

Really? Did you know #92 for them was a 4* recruit? You probably didn’t even know who he was before the game, YET he ate up our 4 and 3*’s double teaming

Jacob Hester was a 2 star recruit. Mo Claiborne a 3 star as was Greedy. Someone was responsible for getting those guys to LSU and made a conscious decision to offer them. It can fall under coaching can it?

Ok. I’ll explain. Those teams have better players on their o line. See that wasn’t so hard to figure out....

Right okay, so fire a recruiting coordinator every time we lose to Bama, a new coordinator every year will definitely take in big time recruits. Solid plan genius.

that's completely different because even the players said it was the exact same gameplan. Every knew it then. We could have executed last nights gameplan if burrow had even a lick of protection. Same reason we lost to florida. It wasnt the gameplan, it was the Oline getting handled

And if you check the OP, I said changing the O line coach is the only justifiable coaching change

Give it up. Steve Ensminger cannot coordinate an offense that can compete with sabam. He cannot coordinate an offense that can beat that dc at florida that was previously at miss state. Steve Ensminger cannot produce a creative, cutting edge offense like a clemson or okie, etc. He cannot do it, not now not ever.

Whether any of you realize it or not, but the LSU fanbase is responsible for all the bulletin board material for this game. How many times do we hear players in NFL or college say after big games how they played so good because o something other team said?

Well, the players or coaches never bitched about Devin White from what I saw. It was the dumbass fans putting up billboards all over the damn place. You don't think that had something to do with Saban motivating his guys even more to kick our arse? You don't think the Bama players saw Carville and national guys talking shite about Bama cheating and got more and more pissed leading up to the game?

The offensive gameplan wasnt terrible. Burrow literally had no time to pass. His completion % was about the same as Tua's and he had MUCH better protection. We never had a chance to scale the field because the O line play was atrocious. We are a sound football team pretty much everywhere else besides pass rush.
are you honestly trying to put lipstick on that pig last night?

Bama had almost 600 yards of offense. We had 196 yards (and 127 of them were on our last 2 possessions, down 22-0).

We played horribly last night, and yes, I'll be one of the few that calls out of defense.

Bama had 10 possessions (not counting the small ones right before halftime and the one to end the game).

They had no 3 and outs.

They scored on 5 of their 10 possessions (4 TDs).

4 of their drives were over 70 yards.

We got dominated and yes, that deserves a melt.

Hey stupid, O was the recruiting coordinator for most of these players he took a crap on last night.
That's the joke, Brainiac.
Who's not a genius? You are!
Go back to your community college.
