I don't give a shite if we passed around a diamond encrusted corndog...as long as it generated some turnovers. I miss seeing interceptions and forced fumbles.

I concur with the OP, but football in its purest form in the BCS is probably most evident at Notre Dame. If you've never seen a big game there, if you're a football fan, do it. I was not a fan of ND but saw them take down the Wolverines about 9 years ago...and gained a great appreciation and respect ever since.

Yes - if it actually had significance and made sense, I wouldn't mind. But also we have a mfing live tiger. I will never not appreciate my stroll by Mike every day for 4 years.
P.s. plz don't equivocate turnover chains/belt/garb (which are lame but.. ok, I guess I get it s/) to having non-enlisted men dressed like pseudo Naval officers as cheerleaders + a scoreboard for the dog graveyard
